PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food cutting device in which a detachment work of a rotation blade body is easy. SOLUTION: The food cutting device 1 is provided with: a feed conveyor 5 for placing the food W on a conveying part 4 and conveying it; and a pressing conveyor 8 for vertically clamping the food W with this feed conveyor 5. The food cutting device 1 is also provided with: a rotatable driving shaft body; the rotation blade body 43 detachable from this driving shaft body by the attachment/detachment; and a cover body 62 openable/closable to the closed state of covering the rotation blade body 43 and the opened state of exposing the rotation blade body 43.
