PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface data output device enabling anyone to lightly determine the surface state of an object such as the skin. SOLUTION: This surface data output device is arranged so as to provide a predetermined interval with respect to the surface of the object such as the skin and has an electrode part 1 for accumulating charges when a predetermined voltage is applied, a measuring part 3 for measuring the quantity of charges accumulated in the electrode part 1, a memory part 4 for preliminarily storing a reference charge quantity being the standard value of the charge quantity, a comparing part 5 for comparing the measured charge quantity with the reference charge quantity and an output part 6 for outputting the charge quantity on the surface of the object on the basis of the compared result.
