PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new pot device to be used through floating and laying on water for producing flowers, plant trees, vegetables and fruits. SOLUTION: This pot device comprises using a floating pot 4 made of reinforced plastics containing glass fiber, surrounded with a sealing hollow periphery 1 and having big apertures 3 on a bottom wall 2, or a floating pot 11 made of a foaming synthetic resin material. A horticulture raising agent 5 containing an admixture having as the raw material a natural material, cement, and one of anion generator or coral fossil or both of them is set on the bottom of the floating pot 4 or 11, and flowers and trees 6 are planted on the floating pot 4 using soil 7.
