摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an electrolytic galvanized iron having superior brightness and whiteness is provided to prevent eutectoid of iron ions and zinc ions into a plating layer and form the beautiful external appearance of the surface in the electrolytic galvanizing process by using an insoluble anode in a zinc sulfate bath and restrains elution of iron ions on the surface of the steel sheet to the utmost. CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacturing a galvanized steel sheet using a metal zinc ball as a cathode, an insoluble anode, and a zinc sulfate bath in which a PH of the plating bath is maintained to the range of 1.0 to 1.4, the method for manufacturing an electrolytic galvanized iron having superior brightness and whiteness comprises the processes of galvanizing the surface of the steel sheet by adding benzyl iodide to the zinc sulfate bath in a content of 0.0001 to 0.01 mol/l; and forming a beautiful external appearance of the steel sheet by treating the galvanized steel sheet with phosphate.
