PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing the noise of a vehicle hands-free device and a method for controlling noise prevention are provided to prevent noise, generated in starting or driving, from flowing into a hands-free device. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle hands-free device consists of a portable terminal(10), a speaker(20), a microphone(30), an amplification part(40), a voice adjustment part(50), a filter part(60), a signal transfer part(70), and a control part(80). The portable terminal(10) outputs a voice signal, inputted from the other side when a call is connected, to the signal transfer part(70), and transmits a user's voice signal, inputted from the signal transfer part(70), to the other side. The speaker(20) outputs the other side's voice signal, outputted from the signal transfer part(70), as an audible-frequency voice signal. The microphone(30) converts the user's voice into an electrical voice signal and inputs it to the signal transfer part(70). The amplification part(40) amplifies the voice signals transmitted and received between the portable terminal(10), the speaker(20), and the microphone(30). The voice adjustment part(50) suitably adjusts the level of a voice signal amplified through the amplification part(40). The filter part(60) filters a noise component from the level-adjusted voice signal and supplies it to the signal transfer part(70). The control part(80) controls the functions of the vehicle hands-free device.
