PURPOSE: A vibration reducing device of a steering system is provided to cut off a transfer path of vibration transmitted through a steering shaft by automatically cutting off the steering shaft upward and downward by hydraulic pressure of oil for a power steering collected to an oil reservoir and accordingly to solve unpleasantness and uneasiness of a driver and secure operation stability. CONSTITUTION: A vibration reducing device of a steering system is composed of a clutch unit(3) mounted to the lower side of an upper steering shaft(1) in divided steering shafts; a slider(5) surface-contacted to the clutch unit and connected to the lower side of the divided steering shaft by a spline; a fluid tank(7) fixed to a vehicle body to cover the clutch unit and the slider; a spring(8) elastically holding the slider toward the clutch unit; a stopper(9) for preventing the slider from rotating in the fluid tank within a predetermined range; an oil passage(11) arranged to supply oil between the clutch unit and the slider in the neutral position of the steering shaft; and an oil discharging outlet(13) disposed to the fluid tank to discharge oil supplied to the oil passage.
