PURPOSE: A headlamp assembly having a beam leveling function of a vehicle is provided to easily mount and separate the assembly from the vehicle and to obtain the firm connection of a connector for power supply. CONSTITUTION: A headlamp assembly having a beam leveling function of a vehicle is composed of a headlamp unit(10), a beam leveler, a leveler housing(50), and a housing case(60). The headlamp unit includes a lens, a lamp, and a reflecting plate. The beam leveler arranged to the rear end of the headlamp unit comprises electric and mechanism parts and includes male connectors(70) electrically connected to the lamp and an actuator, respectively, and the actuator for generating electric power source for executing the beam leveling function. The leveler housing formed in a hollow can body fixably houses the beam leveler to arrange the headlamp unit in front of an opened front side and to fix the male connector to a through-hole at the partially opened rear side. The housing case is supported to a shroud panel of the vehicle, formed in a hollow can body for housing and fixing the leveler housing, and fixed with an arm connector(80), which is electrically coupled to a battery and combined to the male connector, at the partially opened rear side.
