PURPOSE: A power control unit of a vehicle is provided to reduce the number of parts and manufacturing cost by forming an engine control unit and a transmission control unit, which are respectively separated and mounted, as one power control unit, to improve cooling performance by installing a cooling fin to the power control unit, and to increase fuel consumption ratio and output by making the power control unit small and lightweight. CONSTITUTION: A power control unit(300) of a vehicle is composed of a housing(310) for forming an outer wall of the power control unit and protecting an embedded substrate; connecting parts(320,322) of which an end is electrically circuit-connected to the substrate and other end is coupled to receive a data signal supplied from each sensor and actuator and to connect electrical circuits; and a plurality of cooling fins(330) arranged at the surface of the housing to radiate heat generated at the substrate through the air. The cooling fins are vertically mounted to the vehicle. The connecting part comprises a first connecting unit of which other end is protruded at the lower of the cooling fin, receiving the data signal from the sensor and the actuator related to the driving of an engine and a second connecting unit of which other end is formed adjacent to the side of the first connecting unit at the lower of the cooling fin, receiving the data signal from the sensor and the actuator related to the driving of an automatic transmission.
