PURPOSE: An apparatus for effectively removing stems and roots of garlic is provided, thereby reducing labor cost and providing a consumer with garlic cost effectively. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises: a supply part(3) for successively supplying garlic from an inlet part(2); a protruding roller cutter part containing a plurality of cutter rollers to remove stems and roots of garlic; a transfer part(4) driven by a driving motor(M3) to transfer the trimmed garlic; a discharge part(7) for discharging the transferred garlic; a foreign material removing part and a foreign material discharging part; and a control box.
