The turbine vane mounting has a carrier with an outer surface to which the turbine vanes (16) are mounted with their longitudinal axis extending radially (22). The turbine vane is mountable from the outer side of the carrier. A ring (10) is positioned on the inside of the carrier and can be removed in a radial peripheral direction from the carrier. The turbine vane is mounted on the ring. Alternatively, the vane can be mounted directly on the carrier.
