PURPOSE: A one-plane two-tree equiangular helical array antenna is provided to prevent the harmful influence by controlling a radiation direction when transmitting electromagnetic waves. CONSTITUTION: A reflector(1) of the one-plane two-tree equiangular helical array antenna reflects electromagnetic waves that are incident from feedings of sending and receiving antennas. The reflected electromagnetic waves are superposed on a radiator(3). The radiator(3) then radiates the superposed electromagnetic waves to an axis direction of free space. The phase differences between the radiator(3) and a radiator(4) and between the reflector(1) and the radiator(4) are each 135 degrees. The phase of the superposed electromagnetic waves is delayed in a phase controller(5).
