PURPOSE: A nail for securely nailing wood together is provided to prevent furniture from being deformed by fabricating the nail with an outer shaft having a hollow section and an inner shaft inserted into the hollow section of the outer shaft. CONSTITUTION: A nail includes an outer shaft(1) and an inner shaft(2). The outer shaft(1) has a hollow section therein. The hollow section has a rectangular sectional shape and the inner shaft(2) is inserted into the hollow section of the outer shaft(1). A pair of pin holes(14) is formed in the outer shaft(1) in such a manner that the inner shaft(2) inserted into the hollow section of the outer shaft(1) is easily ejected from the hollow section of the outer shaft(1). A head section of the inner shaft(2) has a rectangular shape and a tip of the inner shaft(2) is branched into two parts.
