PURPOSE: A safety payment and automatic change system for e-commerce is provided to enable a client to directly pay for an ordered product in prompt cash or to pay in future payment method after enjoying a service or receiving the product, thereby supplying a prompt, safe, and transparent service. CONSTITUTION: A server(2) constructs service contents for operating an application program and a product data bank. Plural client terminals(1) are connected to the server(2), respectively. Each of the client terminals(1) consists of an operational interface and an automatic change machine. The operational interface is used such that a user can select a desired service or a product from the server(2). The automatic change machine receives coins and paper money, and supplies small changes.
