PURPOSE: To provide a shoulder strap which can eliminate the turned portion of the strap at an adjustment holder to prevent the partial thickness increase of the strap and can also eliminate uncomfortable feeling due to a pressure from the upper side and whose length can easily be increased to improve the operability of a wear having the straps and further facilitate the putting and taking of the wear, when the wear is put on or taken off. CONSTITUTION: This shoulder strap is characterized by integrally disposing an adjustment holder 2 for adjusting the length of the strap of a female underwear such as a brassiere, a swimming suit, or the like on a shoulder strap 1 by an adhesion method, a fusion method, a caulking method, an insert molding method, or the like.
