PURPOSE: A connecting pipe having a hot wire and manufacturing method thereof is provided to increase the watertightness and the support strength of the connecting pipe. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a connecting pipe(10) having a hot wire(11) comprises the steps of: continuously supplying the hot wire to an extruding machine for forming a hot wire inserted pipe wall member(12); forming the hot wire inserted pipe wall member; winding the hot wire inserted pipe wall member around the outer circumference of a pipe forming drum; joining opposite side surfaces of the hot wire inserted pipe wall member; and leveling the joint portions(13) of the hot wire inserted pipe wall member.
