PURPOSE: A molding fuel combustion device and a hot wind manufacturing method using heat thereby are provided to exchange the exhaust gas with the heat exchange air to improve the thermal efficiency in the heat exchange. CONSTITUTION: A molding fuel combustion device is composed of an air pre-heater(1) in which air from a blower(9) performs the heat-exchange by passing near an exhaust gas outlet(1-1) and moves to a heat exchanger(2) through an heat exchanger inlet(1-3) and an air outlet, a heat exchanger in which air from the pre-heater performs the heat-exchange by passing near exhaust gas tubes, a combustion furnace(3) connected to the heat exchanger, an combustion air injector(4) for providing the combustion air to the combustion furnace, a rotational plate driver(5), a fuel injector(6), a blower(8) for providing the combustion air to the combustion furnace, and the blower for providing air to the heat exchanger.
