PURPOSE: A cooking pan and manufacturing method thereof is provided to reduce working processes and manufacturing costs by manufacturing the cooking pan by a cold press work. CONSTITUTION: in a cooking pan(1), a bottom plate(2) is fixed to the bottom of a pan body(3) made of aluminum or zinc. A plurality of small holes(2a) and first protrusions(2c) are formed at the bottom plate, simultaneously. A large hole(2b) and a second protrusion(2d) are formed at the center of the bottom plate. A third protrusion(2e) is formed at the circumference of the bottom plate. The protrusions are stuck into the outer bottom of the pan body.
