PURPOSE: Structure of a hinge bracket of a tailgate for a vehicle is provided to remove the inconvenience that a worker should work with standing with his back and to facilitate the assembling and disassembling of the tailgate by improving the shape of the hinge bracket. CONSTITUTION: Structure of a hinge bracket of a tailgate for a vehicle comprises a vehicle body bracket(32) attached to a vehicle body by vehicle body mounting-combining members(31); a first bracket(34) for the tailgate mounted to the tailgate by tailgate mounting-combining members(33); a second bracket(36) for the tailgate rotatably inserted and connected in a hinge hole(34a) of the first bracket for the tailgate; and plural centering bolts(37) inserting a tool from upside to downside in an inclined direction after making each flange part of the second bracket for the tailgate and the vehicle body bracket come in contact with each other.
