PURPOSE: A system for transmitting a voice recording for a flower delivery service using the Internet is provided to output a voice message in a flower delivery service by recording a voice of a requester or a special person directly and transmitting a card including the voice message when a flower is delivered. CONSTITUTION: If a requester selects an appendix of a voice message when a flower delivery service is received through a telephone line, a server is converted into an ARS guide mode, outputs a pre-stored guide message, and stores a voice message of the requester. The server transmits flower delivery contents and the voice message to a registration terminal device through the Internet. The registration terminal device outputs the received flower delivery contents and stores the voice message in a voice card.
