Dynamic adjustment of resource thresholds based on cell loading in mobile communications networks

The present idea proposes to remove the fixed limit imposed on the maximum amount of resources per user and to dynamically adjust the value of this threshold based on the cell loading in order to offer a better service to some users when the network has sufficient capacity to accommodate them. The present idea does not discuss the algorithm that decides how many resources to allocate to a user, but a way to modify the thresholds used by the algorithm, whatever this algorithm actually is. <IMAGE>
