PURPOSE: A system and method for an exchange of money based on a transaction-related person using the Internet is provided to enable a person who wants to exchange money to execute a transaction directly using the Internet. CONSTITUTION: It is checked whether a user who connects to a money exchange system is a member(S202). If the user is a member, it is checked whether a kind of money and a money exchange price wanted by the user exist(S206,S208). If a kind of money and a money exchange price wanted by the user exist, a transaction achievement is requested(S212). If a kind of money and a money exchange price wanted by the user do not exist, a wanted transaction condition is inputted. In the case that the member requests a transaction achievement, a transaction request is informed to transaction concerned persons(S214). It is judged whether all transaction concerned persons deposit transaction amount of money to a pre-set account within pre-set time(S216). If all transaction concerned persons deposit transaction amount of money, the transaction amount of money is exchanged and transferred to the transaction concerned persons(S218). If all transaction concerned persons do not deposit transaction amount of money, the transaction is cancelled(S222).
