PURPOSE: A bumper fixing structure of a vehicle is provided to reduce the number of parts and to improve productivity by fixing the side of a bumper cover to a panel by using only one retainer. CONSTITUTION: A clip(23) is integrated with a vertical unit(21) formed at an L-shaped retainer body(20). Elastic support units(24,24') have a fitting protrusion(26), and are integrated with a horizontal unit(22). The clip is inserted into a coupling hole(2) formed at a panel(1). The fitting protrusion is inserted into coupling holes(15,15') formed at a flange(11) in a bumper cover(10). Thus, the horizontal unit is supported on the bottom of the flange.
