PURPOSE: A bellmouth fixing device is provided to fix a bellmouth to a structural object in such a manner that the bellmouth is easily attached to or detached from the structural object through a simple work. CONSTITUTION: A bellmouth(300) is integrally formed with a motor case(305) to which a fan motor is coupled. The bellmouth(300) includes a ring-shaped wheel(302), a motor supporting section(303) coupled to the motor case(305) to support the fan motor, the motor case(305) integrally formed with the motor supporting section(303), a rotating shaft insertion hole(305a) for receiving a rotating shaft supplying power to a blowing fan, a male screw section(302a) formed at an outer portion of the wheel(302) and a rotary handle(307) for allowing the bellmouth(300) to be easily coupled to an object(301).
