PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arbitrarily and simply control wiring direction by a method wherein a swivel stopping piece, which is interlocked with serrations, is formed on the circumference of the inner bottom part of a clip part, a wire retainer, to be fitted to a stud bolt, is provided and the fitting to the stud bolt of the wire retainer is brought in a swivel stopped state. SOLUTION: Engagement protruding ridges 11 are provided on the outer circumferential surface of a stud bolt 1, and a gear-like serration 12 is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the base part. A synthetic resin wire retainer 2 is fitted to the stud bolt 2. Said wire retainer 2 can be engaged passing through a clip part 21 to be fitted to the stud bolt, a belt-like wire holding piece 22 which holds the wire connected to the clip part 21. A swivel stopping piece 24, which is engaged to the gear-like serration 12 formed on the outer circumferential surface of the base part of the stud bolt 1, is protrudingly formed on the inner circumferential surface of the clip part. |
