PURPOSE: To provide a method for simply and efficiently manufacturing a composite resin molding having excellent external appearance and a mold used therefor. CONSTITUTION: A mold 5 which has a cavity mold and a core mold in which a first space K1 for injection compression molding, a second space KK2 for injection molding and a throttle space can be formed is used. The mold 5 is opened, a skin material (h) with a foamed layer is disposed at the space K1 side, thermoplastic resin is cast and disposed, a first mold clamping force is applied to the mold 5, and a skin part 1 is injection compression molded in the first space. Then, a second mold clamping force larger than the first force is applied to the mold 5 while controlling the compression fore applied to the space K1 to a range not exceeding the first force. Thereafter, the resin directed toward the second space is injection cast to injection mold a non-skin part and a coupling part. The mold used for the method is provided. |
