A METHOD FOR PREPARING THE BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SUBSTANCE WITH HEPATOPROTECTIVE AND GASTOENTEROLOGICAL PROPERTIES

摘要

A method for preparing the biologically active substance with hepatoprotective and gastroenterological properties consists in cultivation of Lactobacillus bulgaricus microorganism with subsequent separation and drying the biological active substance. As culture-producer Lactobacillus delbrueckii sp. bulgaricus 9702 strain is used, which is deposited in the collection of Depository of the Institute of Microbiology and Virology of NAS of Ukraine (registration number IMB B-7085), and the cells biomass obtained in cultivation is subjected to fermentative hydrolysis in turn with solution of lysozyme at concentration of 0.4-0.6% and solution of trypsin at concentration of 0.4-0.6% in optimal for these ferments conditions.
