PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically digitize and manage whether or not hand washing is correctly performed and to inhibit entry from a finger washing area to a sanitary management area unless hand washing is correctly performed further. SOLUTION: This system is provided with operation detectors A for individually detecting the operation of an equipment 1 for finger washing disposed in the finger washing area and converting it to on/off data, a data gathering device 20 for gathering the on/off data of the operation detectors A and an operation monitoring means 2 capable of receiving and recording/displaying the data gathered by the data gathering device 20. A door opening/closing control means 21 for making the door 22 of an entrance from the finger washing area to the sanitary management area openable when the equipment 1 for finger washing performs a prescribed operation and maintaining the door 22 in a closed state in a normal state is provided. |
