PURPOSE:To facilitate the work for sealing of earth on the shield machine main body side, and to prevent earth from adhering to a bulkhead. CONSTITUTION:A support member 5 for supporting a cutter head 4 and a rotative bearing 7 for rotating the cutter head 4 are connected with a bulkhead 3 that rotatively support both members, and seals for earth and sand 9 and 10 are provided between the bulkhead 3 and the shield machine main body 2. A fixed blade 14, fixed to the shield machine main body 2 side, is provided to the center on the front of the bulkhead 3, and earth inside a cutter chamber 13 is agitated therewith. |
