PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an apparatus for unloading a molded article by performing a mold-resistering process operation, heat-foaming process operation, cooling process operation, and mold opening process operation at the upper stage and performing pushing-out process operation after a female mold being movably upward and downward held is moved to the lower stage. SOLUTION: After cooling process operation is finished, mold opening process operation is performed by separating a male mold 2 from a female mold 3 by starting a mechanism 5 for horizontal movement. Then, ascending/descending movement of the female mold 3 is performed. Namely, the female mold 3 is lowered along a guide rail 70 by actuating a female mold ascending/descending mechanism 7 and is arranged at a position of the lower stage 12 of a molding machine 1. In this instance, an ejecting mechanism 6 is actuated and a molded article 4 is pushed out forward from the female mold 3 through an eject pin 32. The molded article 4 pushed out is placed on a receiving stand 8 as it is and is successively arranged. |
