<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring system for a specific area which is capable of making a third person other than a specified person hardly acquire monitoring information from a monitoring terminal and supplying required monitoring information to a registered user extremely quickly. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This system is the one in which a management computer acquires the information obtained by the monitoring terminal through a communication network composed of the Internet and a telephone network, and an information supply system employing a communication line in which the management computer accepts a changing request of an IP address which is transmitted from the specifiable monitoring terminal and the IP address as a part of monitoring terminal information registered in a user database is changed. Accordingly, the user database can be rapidly updated depending on conditions to instantly deal with the next access of the user, and the monitoring information is made difficult for the third person other than the specified person to be acquired from the monitoring terminal.
