<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower manufacturing costs with better appearance of a heat insulating panel by minimizing the total weight of the panel itself containing a duct part to achieve a lighter weight, higher workability while increasing productivity in the heat insulating panel containing the duct part in the heat insulating panel which has the duct part to be used for a prefabricated type heat reserving storage, a refrigerator, a clean room or the like. SOLUTION: A heat insulating panel 5 is provided with broad front and rear wall members 11 and 12, right and left frame members 15 and 16 and a lower frame member and right and left wall members 13 and 14 and a lower wall member. All the frame materials and the wall members are combined and heat insulating materials 36 and 36 made of a foam synthetic resin are injected and foamed to fill a left space part 34 between the left frame member 15 and the left wall member 13, a right space part 35 between the right frame member 16 and the right wall member 13 and a lower side space part between the lower frame member and the lower wall member thereby forming a dust part 10. Thus, the front wall member 11 is provided with an opening part to make the duct part 10 communicate with the inside of the storage.</p> |
