A pneumo-dynamical method for raising a monolithic structure involves formation of basement, with laying pneumatic form on the base of the structure, with its fixation by perimeter of the bottom to the basement, with formation at the shell of the pneumatic form of reinforced building layer, with placing equipment in it, this is mounted to the walls; with tightening building material, placing a membrane at the outer surface of the building layer, with installation of the structure to project position through filling the shell of the pneumatic form k with air; dismantling of the elements of the pneumatic form after the building structure comes to form-removal strength. The building layer as evolvement of the building shell of the convex part of the structure to the plane in specific places is separated to sections, on the basis of the structure of the shell and the membrane of the pneumatic form and the sections of the building layer one forms a multi-layer telescopic pneumatic building structure in which the support elements of the sections of the building layer are hinged to the basement. The rest of the edges of the sections are surrounded with surrounding armature, with connection to the armature network of the building section. After installation of the pneumatic building structure to project position and partial curing of building material the neighboring building sections are connected to each other by means of connecting the armatures of those, with filling the slots between sections with building material and its compaction.
