PURPOSE: A suspension for a vehicle is provided to increase the durability and extend the life span by reducing torsion force applied to upper and lower bushes of a shock absorber, and to improve the vibration absorbing capacity of the shock absorber. CONSTITUTION: A base bracket(31) is fixed to a side frame(4) by plural bolts(21), and a turning bracket(32) is combined with the front of the base bracket to rotate in longitudinal direction of the side frame. The turning bracket is combined with the upper part of a shock absorber(8) by a hinge shaft(22) fixed to the turning bracket by penetrating an upper bush(10), and the shock absorber is turned around the hinge shaft. The shock absorber turns lengthwise or sideways against the side frame to absorb vibration in bouncing a suspension up and down during traveling or rolling in cornering. The durability is increased with decreasing torsion to the upper and lower bushes of the shock absorber, and driving experience is improved by absorbing vibration.
