PURPOSE: A language learning toy by using an IC card is provided to learn a large number of words with a small number of IC cards by using a removable sticker. CONSTITUTION: A language learning toy by using an IC card includes a plurality of IC cards(100), a sticker and a doll(200). The plurality of IC cards(100) includes a memory chip and the sticker is attached to the IC cards(100). The doll(200) outputs the voice signal by reading the ID recorded on the memory chip. The doll(200) includes a readout block(220), a controller(210), a memory and a voice output block(230). The readout block(220) reads the ID of th card recorded on the memory chip. The controller(210) outputs the voice signal corresponding to the information based on the information read out by the readout block(220). The memory stores the voice signal. And, the voice output block(230) outputs the voice signal stored at the memory together with the controller(210).
