PURPOSE: To provide an operation center system capable of reducing the man-hour required for the management of documents that are the sources of data input and home operators, and enabling an operator to quickly start data input work after the generation of a document. CONSTITUTION: A work flow server 11 accumulates original data that are the sources of data input when a data input work is generated. A distribution server 112 preliminarily stores a plurality of operators who perform the work by use of an entry terminal 131, and distributes the work to each operator. The entry terminal 131 acquires the original data from the work flow server 11, and transmits input data inputted based on the original data to the work flow server 111. The work flow server 11 performs the process management of the data input work related to the original data.
