PURPOSE: A 3D anaerobic shoulder exercise apparatus is provided to increase the development of shoulder muscles of a human body by allowing the human body to take shoulder exercise more safely and efficiently and employ a variety of resisting methods. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus(1) is configured as follows. A side frame(3) is fixed at both sides in front of a base frame(2). A mounting pad(4) and a chest pad(5) are disposed at an upper part of the base frame(2). A hand grip link(6) is slightly tiltingly disposed on the side frame(3) in a vertical direction by a bearing housing so as to form an angle of alpha or alpha prime at the left and right of the side faces when a user sits on the mounting pad(4) and so as to enable vertical angular movement. A bearing box(7) is disposed on the upper end of the hand grip link(6) and thus a hand grip frame(8) of an L-shape is disposed to be rotatable by a hand grip shaft(9). In case of performing a press motion, with hand grips held, the hand grip link(6) performs vertical angular movement. The hand grips also create a 3D trajectory by angular movement within a predetermined range. In order that the 3D trajectory satisfies a shoulder exercise range a(30 to 75cm), the hand grip link(6) is 60 to 110cm, theta is -10 to 30 deg., alpha is 3 to 30 deg., alpha prime is 90 to 60 deg., beta is 70 to 110 deg. and beta prime is 70 to 110 deg. The hand grips are located at an exterior angle from the hand grip shaft(9), and more than two hand grips are disposed on the hand grip frame(8). The second hand grip(13A) of the hand grips is located at the back of the first hand grip(13B) at an exercise starting point. The 3D trajectory has a tangent line of 45 to 85 deg. with the chest pad(5) at the center point of an exercise interval for a shoulder exercise.
