PURPOSE: A method for informing of a receiver state in a mobile communication terminal is provided to pre-register unable call receiving situations of a receiver in a memory of a base station, and to immediately inform a caller of the receiver situations, thereby enabling the caller to perceive the receiver situations. CONSTITUTION: A system registers unable call receiving situations of a receiver in a base station by operating a key of a keypad with a mobile communication terminal(SP11). The system announces the receiver situations registered in the base station to a caller(SP12). If a call is terminated after the announcement, the system transmits caller information to the mobile communication terminal of the receiver(SP13). When transmitting the caller information to the mobile communication terminal of the receiver, a caller's telephone number is transmitted in text message type.
