PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing the Internet connection restriction are provided to restrict the Internet connection of a user by making an online service port offer an online service to the user for a set time. CONSTITUTION: A use restriction management server(100) restricts an online service time of the user by requesting control of the port offering the online service to a user terminal(200). The user terminals set the online service restriction time after connecting to the use restriction management server, and receive the restriction for the set time. A data communication network(300) enables the use restriction management server and the user terminals to transmit/receive the data with each other.
