PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical preparation containing RNA as hemostatic cofactor is provided, thereby appropriately controlling a blood clotting pathway, so that it can be useful for prevention or treatment of disease related to reciprocal mechanism such as thrombosis and hemophilia. CONSTITUTION: The pharmaceutical preparation contains the RNA or one, two or more coagulation accelerating DNA fragments in an amount enough for accelerating the coagulation and further accelerating dissolution of fibrin, wherein the preparation is especially advantageous, when it is used together with an activator for a hemostatic process, for example, a factor VII activating protease.
