PURPOSE: A method for producing a beverage by adding apple juice, a sweetening agent and a flavoring to unpolished rice vinegar is provided. The manufactured beverage has a mildly sweet taste and a sour taste at the same time and thus can be easily consumed by consumers including an infant, a child, an adult or the elderly. CONSTITUTION: About 3% by weight of unpolished rice vinegar is mixed with 5% by weight of apple juice, 4.5% by weight of liquid fructose and 3% by weight of oligosaccharide in the first stage, the first mixture is then mixed with 0.0065% by weight of a sweetening agent such as aspartame, sucralose or the like and 0.0526% by weight of various vitamins, agitated with 0.055% by weight of calcium lactate and 0.1075% by weight of flavorings and sterilized for about 15sec at 95deg.C.
