PURPOSE: An IC circuit mounted decoration is provided to control on-and-off of a Light Emitting Diode through a programmed IC circuit and thus, to enable a decoration user to turn on/off the light at user's convenience. CONSTITUTION: The IC circuit(10) mounted on a decoration for use in hair and clothes includes a power supply(30); a CPU chip(32) for controlling the operation of the decoration; buttons(34) for operating the CPU chip(32); a reset button(36) for resetting the CPU chip(32); many LEDs(20) being turned on/off under the control of the CPU chip(32); and a speaker(38) for generating a sound under the control of the CPU chip(32). Also, a voice chip(40) and an amp(42) are installed between the speaker(38) and the CPU chip(32), and a power LED(44) is installed to distinguish whether power is supplied from the power supply(30) to the CPU chip(32).
