PURPOSE: A current sense amplifier is provided to obtain a rapid and stable amplification operation although the absolute value of the input current is small under the low current. CONSTITUTION: A current sense amplifier includes a current amplifier(2), a voltage amplifier(4), a first feedback circuit(6) and a second feedback circuit(8). The current amplifier(2) amplifies the difference value of the current inputted thereto. The voltage amplifier(4) amplifies voltage difference generated by the current from the current amplifier(2). The first feedback circuit(6) firstly amplifies the current. And, the second feedback circuit(8) secondly amplifies the amplified current by the first feedback circuit(6).
