ELECTRIC MAT USING BASALTIC TEXTILE FOR RADIATING FAR INFRARED RAY AND NON-WOVEN FABRIC

PURPOSE: An electric mat is provided to increase effects of far infrared radiation by cutting off the electromagnetic wave generated from the heater, while preventing a danger of fire outbreak. CONSTITUTION: An electric mat(100) comprises a heater(110) for generating heat when applied with an electrical energy; a basaltic non-woven fabric layer arranged to cover the heater and made of a basaltic fiber which radiates far infrared rays; a basaltic textile layer covering the basaltic non-woven fabric layer and made of a basaltic fiber which radiates far infrared rays; and an electromagnetic interference shield layer arranged to cover the heater in such a manner that the electromagnetic interference shield layer cuts off electromagnetic waves generated from the heater.
