PURPOSE: A filter is provided which rarely requires periodical replacement or cleaning due to short life cycle, and a filter having deodorizing and antibacterial functions is provided. CONSTITUTION: The filter(2) using Teflon is characterized in that it is installed inside a channel through which a fluid required to be filtered passes and comprises a frame body for forming a space having certain thickness perpendicularly to the channel; and a filter membrane(10) adhered to both sides of the frame body to filter fine dust, powder or particles contained in the fluid passing through the channel, wherein a filter membrane(8) installed at a lead-in part of the channel is at least Teflon membrane, and activated carbon(12) is filled in the space formed by the frame body and filter membrane, wherein an open-and-shut means such as a cap is installed at an upper part of the frame body so that the activated carbon is injected into the frame body to exchange the activated carbon filled in the frame body, and wherein a flat inner space such as pack is formed by the Teflon membrane, and the activated carbon is filled in the inner space.
