PURPOSE: A device for storing portable personal information and bell sound music files is provided to encode related personal information in a network server to store the encoded information, and to reproduce music files, then to play a music file with a bell sound by sensing a receiving frequency of a mobile phone, thereby implementing user convenience. CONSTITUTION: A frequency sensing module(120) senses a receiving frequency of a mobile phone. An input/output module(160) transceives MP3 music files and personal information-related data by communicating with a client. A memory(170) stores the MP3 music files and personal information. A file managing module(140) manages the stored MP3 music files, and designates an optional MP3 music file as a bell sound. An MP3 decoder(130) reproduces the designated MP3 music file. A microprocessor(110) encodes the personal information-related data to store the encoded information in the memory(170), decodes the stored information at the request of the client to transmit the decoded information, and reproduces the designated MP3 music file through the MP3 decoder(130) if a receiving signal is sensed by the frequency sensing module(120).
