METHOD FOR PREPARING BIMETALLIC CATALYST USING CENTRIFUGAL HYDROEXTRACTOR

PURPOSE: A method for preparing bimetallic catalyst for combustion capable of completely burning combustible gases such as LPG, LNG and butane using centrifugal hydroextractor is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing bimetallic catalyst using centrifugal hydroextractor comprises the processes of loading a bimetallic catalyst (Pt/NiO) by controlling the number of revolutions (revolutions per minute) of the centrifugal hydroextractor and repeating supporting and dehydration using a support of alumina oxide (r-Al2O3); and controlling pH of platinum catalyst solution using NaOH and 2-aminoethanol, wherein the method further comprises the processes of drying the alumina oxide at 60 deg.C for 2 hours in a vacuum dryer by respectively loading platinum and nickel catalyst on the alumina oxide (r-Al2O3) by centrifugal dehydration; sequentially firing the dried alumina oxide at 200 deg.C for 30 minutes, 300 deg.C for 1 hour and 400 deg.C for 3 hours under the oxidation atmosphere as injecting air onto the alumina oxide; and reducing a bimetallic catalyst obtained by firing the alumina oxide at 450 deg.C for 4 hours under the hydrogen atmosphere.
