PURPOSE: A double-edged cutter for cutting rubber and method for cutting the rubber are provided to completely separate the cut surfaces of the rubber, and to prevent the cut surfaces from being attached to each other. CONSTITUTION: A double-edged cutter for cutting rubber is composed of a first cutter(1) and a second cutter(2) detachably coupled to the first cutter. The cutters include body units(1a,2a), tapered edges(1b,2b) extended to the bottom of the body unit, and shafts(1c,2c) connected to the body unit and a feeding unit.
