METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SYNTHETIC LEATHER FABRIC AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING POLYURETHANE SYNTHETIC LEATHER USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided is a synthetic leather fabric which has a polar fleece layer with excellent cushion, and enables the molding formation without using a back cover while reducing the production cost and labor as well as the lead time up to the product making. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing the synthetic leather fabric comprises the steps of: carding staple fibers with a fineness of 1.0-4.0 denier and a fibrous length of 30-76mm to form a web; cross lapping the web; and needle punching the web with a polar fleece to combine them. In order to manufacture a polyurethane synthetic leather, the leather fabric is dipped in a polyurethane solution, and hardened. The leather fabric is coated with a polyurethane solution, and again, hardened. The hardened fabric is cleaned, and dried.
