PURPOSE: A heat exchanger for heating is provided to rapidly heat a room, to improve assemblability, to be securely fixed and to improve heat transfer efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger includes a first header tank(10) and a second header tank(12) placed parallel to each other to be separated from each other, and having an inlet tube(14) and an outlet tube(15) for heat exchange medium; a plurality of tubes(17) connecting the first header tank and the second header tank to allow the heat exchange medium to flow therein, and forming a heat exchange part(100) in which the heat exchange medium and second heat exchange medium in the outside exchange heat with each other; a plurality of radiating fins(18) placed between the tubes to improve heat exchange efficiency; and at least one heating unit(20) installed on some of the heat exchange part to radiate heat, and having a heating element electrically radiating heat, and an insulator formed to cover the heating element and placed to have at least one side contacting with a heating unit fin.
