PURPOSE: A press device having a cutting machine is provided to reduce the size of the press device and to improve productivity by additionally installing the cutting machine for cutting a material. CONSTITUTION: In a press device(1), a cutting machine(100) is installed at one side of a press body(200), and cuts a material(20) discharged from the press body. The cutting machine includes an arm(111) supported by an upper die, a pressing unit(110) having a plurality of pressing members(112), a cutter unit(120), a lower support unit(130), and a guide member(140). The cutter unit includes an upper body(122) having a cutter(121) and a plurality of guide holes, a plurality of return springs(126) installed between the bottom of the upper body and a lower die(131), and a compressing member(127) compressing the material. The lower support unit includes a plurality of guides(132) inserted into the guide holes, and a spring(133) fit into the guide.
